The salmon/tempura lunch combo. Such a good deal with the miso soup and salad. Food is and always been delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Will come back often.

We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. We had a reservation and enjoyed our meal. We tried four varieties of sushi and edamame beans. The service was great.

Had the Dinner combo of Salmon Teriyaki/ mixed tempura...Wonderful meal of generous portions ; salmon cooked to perfection, teriyaki very authentic and not overbearingly sweet ..The Tempura side was wonderful with light breading complimented by a classic light tempura sauce to dress. Food was fresh , abundant and wonderful. I most of all enjoy the genuine Japanese Wasabi they serve (only usually found in very high end Japanese restaurants!)....the restaurant is authentic, clean , with good service.....am glad they opened in this area. I lived in Sasebo and Yokosuka Japan and welcome the authentic Japanese food available at Tanoshis. Highly recommend.. Del

It was not our favorite dish offered. Needed some vegies and more taste. We had tempura shrimp too. Very good. Gyoza very good Your miso soup is the best!

Where to start? Food, service, portions above and beyond the average Japanese Restaurant. Reservations highly recommended. Word is out on a truly great place.

I love Tanoshi, the restaurant is clean, service is impeccable, food is delicious and the portion is very just right. My friends and I went to eat there 3 times in a week. I love this restaurant.

The Kama came out perfectly grilled and with great presentation. The meat of the fish came off easily with my chopsticks. It reminded me of eating Kama in Japan with my mother. I will definitely be back for this dish again.

Amazing! Delicious! So much food! The sashimi platter itself is such a beautiful presentation. Fresh cuts that just melt in your mouth. On top of that, you get such a great selection of appetizers. Cant wait to go back!
